Here are a few tips to help you plan an unforgettable Family Reunion.

1. Let's pick a date! Try to avoid holidays, graduations, and other major milestones that may feel like a conflict.
2. We'll reserve your rooms at the Winwood Inn immediately to guarantee availability for your family.
3. Compiling the guest list can be like trying to name the 7 dwarfs in Snow White. Keep a running list and ask other family members to help out!
4. Plan the fun stuff! This is our area of expertise. We love parties and we know lots of things to do in the area. We'll help you achieve the perfect balance between free time and scheduled activities.
5. How about a theme? We can show you how to make your reunion a Hawaiian Luau, an African Safari, a Wild West experience or any other idea.
6. It's all about the food! Our executive chef will build a menu to suit your theme, your tastes, and your budget.

1. On the RSVP card ask everyone to send in one recipe and compile a Family Recipe book you hand out at the Reunion.
2. Your Reunion is the best time to start a Family Newsletter.
3. Create a Family Scrapbook with photo's everyone sent you with their RSVP.
4. Take the Scrapbook idea to a higher level and start a Family Website so everyone can enjoy it year-round (the kids can do this for you!).
5. We'll help you make T-shirts to commemorate the event! We can even help you with design and fun messages to print on the shirts.
6. Don't forget to have a registration book for updating everyone's address, phone, email, etc.
